Growth is stunted by the attitudes and intelligence of those not in our company. This is a demotivator at best. Attitudes and poor practices of the parent company affect us too.

On a daily basis, I meet with my teams. Bosses consistently discuss company issues and maintain an open door policy.

I love my guys. I refuse to allow the backstabbing culture that seems to be a norm in companies lately. All of Futurelabs is of this character.
Work-Life-Balance
Working a 40 hour work week, this is as good as it can be BUT at no time have I ever had an issue with getting time off for emergencies, appointments or even last minute vacations.

I assume this means the conduct of my bosses? If so, then never have I had a team of more loving and compassionate bosses as the two I have now.
