- You dont need externals. All the work can be acheived internally. Need more respources is the funniest thing I hear in this company

Good only if you play along team and department rules. If you oppose, you are seen as a huge threat. In general, good, friendly, unprodictive atmosphere.
Kommunikation
Ford is very good with cascades. regular updates on company and department but unfortunately none of this will impact your daily work.

Obviously good when you play the team rules. Less work all fun.

Only life balance. never will you have that happy face going home that you acheived something good at work. You will get your pay check at the end of the day

Does exist but invisible. Hard to work cross divisional. Every department is its own galaxy.

They lived Ford culture for long long time. Any change is seen as threat. I cant rate it down as me myself not powered to solve this.
