A lot of times changes are not communicated well, even when it affects your team/ direct work, you are not filled in to changes properly, often had to learn second hand that certain changes were made. Although they advertise for open communication in the company, people ask to not shared their criticism or critical questions or just voice them in a certain setting so other employees couldn't notice them.

They advertise their flexibility and the home office option but they also expect you to be in the office on office days and explain yourself if you are not able to make it for a day.

The work is resembles Assembly-line work, you have to meet a certain daily goal and after a short while it becomes super repetitive and boring

The office is really nice, but they don't have an office manager so every team has certain duties around the office (like fill the fridge or the dish washer)

I can't say that i have seen a lot of awareness surrounding social awareness, they don't offer discounts for students or low income for their products
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The salary is below average and is justified by the lack of night shifts for doctors (which you also don't have to do when you work in a
dermatologist's office and they mostly pay KV salaries that recently been raised because of the inflation) and benefits such as fruit baskets and a working Macbook.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
They offer no opportunities for further development (no Weiterbildungsbemächtigung) and also are kind of strict with their personal development budget. Also i heard they have a problem with nepotism in other departments.
