Everyone loves the Job and company. Not everyone is happy with the way people managment is done aswell as salary is handled

You have to create a good work life balance yourself, the company and it's employees are flexible on worktimes, therefore there can be Mails, Messages or duties during any given time of the day

Salary is very mid and there are no adjustments only promotions
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Mainly speaking for the employees within the company. Most of the people don't have a very sustainable mindset (Plane rides for vacation multiple times a year, no awareness for waste reduction, seperation) also some people are not 100% behind veganism.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
the people in the company are really young, therefore the few that are older are sometimes not 100% catching up and i have the feeling that it is not always taken into account. The Leaders are open for this kind of feedback though
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Leadersip/C-Levels are very approachable and share with you as much as they can

Office is sometimes very crowded because there is a lot going on

Communication could be better sometimes, but in general it's acceptable
