Regular lay-off waves heavily impact the atmosphere in the company in the obviously negative way.

Communication from management is really poor. Strategy is changing on the one day to another.

Many good colleagues, everyone is supportive.

Is manageable but depends on the department.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

The direct management is ok, but the top one is living in the world of ponies and rose unicorns. Hiring people and laying them off next week is normal practice which repeats from the end of 2022.
