As a fast-growing company, of course there are typical signs of growing too quickly. But the company tries to improve constantly which I rate very positively. Also, typical meeting culture. + People seem to know each other for a long time, so the atmosphere is nice and friendly. It might be a bit awkward for people, who join from different industries into eSports.

When a company grows very fast, processes and communication often do not grow with them. There is potential to adapt, which the company tries to improve.

Work-Life-Balance
If a job is cool or fun, some people tend to work too much. Also, please be aware that this is not a 9-5 job environment. But I feel like teven though the company knows and openly communicates
that there are days/weeks where the workload is huge especially in stressful phases, they try to encourage you to take care of yourself. For example: Compensation days are possible.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Communication is clear, open, friendly. Support is given whenever necessary. I feel appreciated.
Interessante Aufgaben
Of course, interesting eSports projects within this company. Potential to reflect on the culture, build and adapt structures, support with communication processes, methodologies and so on.

As a female, I feel equally treated. Also, I never noticed that someone was excluded or treated differently based on gender, religion or any other.

Not so many in the company, but no one is excluded or treated differently.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Received some equipment for my homeoffice which is nice. Remote work is totally fine within the pandemic. Office on-site is okay (e.g. equipment, place, environment, coffee, fruits, a kitchen to cook).
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Compared to other companies and/or industries its low. It's developing and of course "more is always better". I noticed that they work on this topic.
