It is a growing company so stress is part of our daily job. I don't mind for some people this might not be the best fit then. Many great projects running next to each other, processes are not always clear. However we are working on them and try to improve.

Leadership team is improving communication year by year. Quarterly Townhall meetings to inform the whole team about success stories, revenue updates, next steps, on-going topics etc

Overall good. People are friendly and try to help each other. On department level even better.
Work-Life-Balance
Again it is a growing company, agency, young industry. Work-life.balance could be better of course. Just be aware that this is not a 9-5 job environment. Still when ever to talk to your boss compensation days are possible.

Overall I can't complain. Open minded, open to receive feedback and input. If I need support or help I receive it.
