A lot of effort was put on communicating major updates to the entire team on a weekly basis. The format was not always perfect but it improved considerably over time.

People challenged each other's opinion with an appropriate attitude from my point of view, regular get together were organised besides weekly team trainings to foster the team spirit and culture.

Some harsh times before releasing major features, you got to love your product sometimes, but flexible working hours counter balance that.

Middle-management was missing important qualities such as leadership, capacity to process feedback, communication and mediation.

The average salary is decent, a system of virtual share adds a small monthly bonus and varies depending on the role in the company.
