Coming to work is like coming into a family, we cook together, we do sports , read books, learn about our users about training. It is fun and challenging at the same time.
Kommunikation
We have sometimes misalignments and communication with managers needs some improvements but in general I have the feeling we are able to speak up and give our opinions. It is always in a culture of equals rather than a big hierarchy.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
I would say that since we come from so many different countries and cultures we have learn to be respectful but direct with each other. We value people opinions and we work as a team going towards the same direction.
Work-Life-Balance
I have never been so grateful to have such versatility with my work hours. If I have to suddenly work from home cause I need to stay at home, I would just need to communicate it to my teams. Also leaving on time is usually not a problem.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
We work with personal and team OKR were we set achievable goals and learning to ourselves allowing us to act according to them. They also try to communicate often when is a decision made and the reasons behind.
Interessante Aufgaben
Learning about how people set goals, train and improve them selfs is super valuable and interesting. It feels you are helping people to be better each day.

I am a woman and I never had the case or the feeling I am less cause of that reason. Here I feel I have becoming stronger and better each day.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Team trainings and team events are the best example for this. We have moments were all ages meet to do sports or go for a nice beer.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Our offices are nice and our new kitchen awesome! Sometimes I just wish to have more meeting rooms and solo spaces where you can focus more.

We recycle, we collaborate with other foundations like Bean United or Social Bee. Plus there is a donation program when someone gets in the company as referral

In general I think the income is quite good but sometimes (depending on the position) could be more competitive with the market.

Not everyone, but I can say that most of the people somehow feel like Freeletics them selfs. We either use the product or at least we believe that makes a positive impact on those who constantly use it

There are many opportunities to evolve as a professional and learn new skills. They encourage you to improve yourself constantly
