Besides the reasonable pay and benefits provided from history, there is little to mention here. Except for the solidarity among colleagues.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Lack of appreciation of employees and their knowledge.
Management does not listen to or even address the issues of their own subordinates. Sometimes management doesn't even know what their own team members do or what skills they have.
No promotion of personal responsibility, ideas or innovation.

Replacing senior management, moving away from managers with no understanding of their employees' concerns to experienced leaders
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Since the beginning of the planning of the transformation dramatically bad. This is also not seen and perceived.

Kollegenzusammenhalt
The team spirit among colleagues is very good. There is always support and help.
But I don't attribute that to the management or the company.
On the one hand, it's the great personalities, and on the other hand, you're forced to rely on your colleagues, because otherwise you're abandoned.

Working hours and flex work are good.

The direct superiors try everything to keep the store running. But senior management leaves them alone and even bullies them.
