Management ist quasi nicht vorhanden, Führung wird nicht gelebt, sondern durch Diffamierung erzeugt.
Suggestions for improvement
Mitarbeitern zuhören, Abteilungen Kompetenzen übertragen, Strategien entwickeln statt alles abnicken was aus Japan kommt

Hier agiert ein Management, dem die Kompetenz fehlt, eine Vertriebsorganisation zu verstehen geschweige denn zu führen.
Der einstige Hersteller von Halbleitern sucht sich Lieferanten mit der Gießkanne aus; ohne Produkt- Marktbetrachtung, um als Distributor aufzutreten.
Hände weg für jeden im Verkauf!

kann man fragen wenn man was braucht.

-Arbeitsverteilung wird nicht nach einem Schema oder gerechtfertig verteilt. Manche haben wirklich sehr viele und manche dürfen die Daumen drehen und hoffen dass die 8Std. vorbei geht.
