They have very open communication about how the company is doing. They are doing the best to create a good working relationship between colleagues and there are online events, happenings and games every now and then.
Flexible hours as long as you inform them beforehand.

Honestly, nothing. If you're OK with working in this field I can only recommend them.

The only nitpick I have is that at times there can be many meetings during the week and one could suffer from Zoom-fatigue.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
So far I've only done home office but we have daily standups and regular meetings via Zoom or Slack. It's pretty chill and relaxed when we have internal meetings and very on point when dealing with external clients.
There is always a friendly tone and any issues are normally tackled in a very professional manner.
Kommunikation
When starting out I thought doing home office wasn't going to work but once you learn to communicate concise and precise it's not that big of a deal.
I get a feeling that the company does care a lot about it's employees and it is often communicated that if anyone has any issues they are encourage to speak out about them.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Have only met friendly faces during the time I've been here. Most of the people I wouldn't have a problem with spending my time outside of work as we share many similar interests. Coffee break chats are encouraged and are often very interesting.
Work-Life-Balance
It's a gaming company without the crunch. They make sure you take your breaks and there is a decent amount of time to finish your tasks.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I haven't had any issues and, again, have only had good and direct communication withing the hierarchy. And with hierarchy I mean there are people "above" you in terms of structure but internally the company feels very flat.
Interessante Aufgaben
The games look and sound great. There is some technical dept to deal with but it is recognized and is dealt with when the issues arise and time allows it.

I've only done home office. I got a computer of my choice for work. There is seldomly issues with IT (email / network access).

So far I haven't seen any wasted resources and since we're primarily working online I suspect it's largely paperless.

Can't complain. All rules laid out by German law are upheld.

Honestly, this is something that is seldomly brought up amongst colleagues. I have a feeling that everyone that I work with is happy to be here. I get a feeling that the well being of employees is important to the company and it is repeatedly shown that if anyone should not feel well within the company it will be taken serious.
