A lot of firing. Nobody knew why and what is behind all this. This caused very bad feelings among the employees.

A lot of work needed to be done at home after work & at the weekends, unpaid of course!
Always a fight to get more than 3 or 4 days off in a row.

It would help if the CEO would also say Good Morning, when his staff welcomes him with that.
Interessante Aufgaben
The actual job was fun and cool. But all in all the company did not know how to manage efficiently.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Even for Berlin very low. Almost insulting and I think disrespectful, since the promise of being better paid after three months was not kept.

No further courses etc. offered or possible. Often asked, never positive feedback.
