Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
They do all in their capabilities to serve all of their employee
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Their communication gap is huge and always their is problem with paysilp which later they cannot explain themselves.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
If you change the employment contract then you should let the employee know earlier. Donot print it out and ask them to sign and also say we changed your contract last month.
