When issues arose, there appeared to be very limited internal communication or willingness to clarify circumstances collaboratively. Instead, responsibility was addressed in a rather one-sided way, without much room for discussion or support, even for newer employees still adapting to the role.
More broadly, the internal management culture and client-related office dynamics often felt difficult to navigate. Given the high turnover and instability, it sometimes raised the question of whether there was a genuine long-term intention to retain employees. This could be especially challenging for international employees who also face additional visa and relocation-related pressures.
