You have a lot of freedom to experiment, test, grow and influence a lot of things within the company. Initiative is appreciated and awarded. Employees also get a lot of nice perks. Gini puts a lot of focus on its values. As a result, the team and colleagues are a pleasure to work with.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
While employees have a lot of room to learn and grow, after a few years you often reach a plateau where your growth is limited, but I guess this is a problem with most small-sized companies
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Gini struggled with strong leadership and a clear vision in the past. There has been considerable improvements in both regards and I hope company stays on the right course.
