great working atmosphere, international colleagues, internal events

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

no processes, no structure, many wrong decisions, no straight leadership team, no benefits

Arbeitsatmosphäre

- the working atmosphere is basically very good as 90% of the colleagues are very friendly
and support you in every way, you can have a lot of fun next to your work

- unfortunately you can feel everybody is working under pressure as the company needs to achieve special goals from Rocket

Kommunikation

- communication is getting better due to new rules and processes

- unfortunately due to a worse communication right now (it should have been changed earlier) many mistakes and misunderstandings are happening

- informations are missing, so you can´t really finish you work (you have to be very creative)

Kollegenzusammenhalt

- you will have a lot of fun

- the team sticks together, so you can achieve something

- you have great team events from time to time

- everybody will support you

- you will get to know good friends

- many overworking hours (going home early is not really accepted)
- basic working time starts at 9 am/9.30 am
- enough vacation days
- home office accepeted
- good work balance for families with children

Vorgesetztenverhalten

- most of them are too unexperienced and too young to make concrete and right decisions

- they are often very stressed that they do not really support their employees in difficult situations

- you do not really have the feeling they are also interested in their employees, decisions are always made by their own (doesnt matter if employees are affected)

- many wrong decisions are made (waste of money) which have to be revised afterwards

Interessante Aufgaben

- you can contribute many ideas

- the problem is as a Start-Up you need to take care about the money, though the most ideas will not be accepted

- you will always have to solve difficult situations as wrong decisions are made

- the company grows very fast, so you will get very different tasks (e.g. building up tables)

- big and cleaned offices
- big kitchen for lunch etc.

- small salary for much work and many overworking hours

- there should be improvements (never happened!)

- no other insurances or benefits for employees

- some colleagues consider definitely positive the facts: working atmosphere between colleagues, events, fun, young and international team

- as negative considered: the working structures, no pro-cesses, bad salary, no benefits, bad leadership teams, no rules

Karriere/Weiterbildung

- almost no possibilities in moving up the career ladder

- longer working employees with very high positions have good chances (after more than 2 years)

- no trainings for employees or language courses etc.
