Zero benefits. Disjointed in strategic parts, which doesn't give me hope for the future. Layoffs every 6 months are the remedy, -other than that they have no idea what to do.

Very nice colleagues. Otherwise the pressure on our business is ever present. Generally not a bad place to work at, just no real future improvement visible at the moment.

Direct managers are mostly good. Senior leadership in GL, there's more shadow than light. Some are clueless and mostly political animals, which brought them in their position.
Interessante Aufgaben
It's OK. Very margin focused, whatever department you're in. Improvements don't get budgeted, so you have to deal with lost of clunky/unclear processes.

The new EVP vision is to "become the first 5 billion USD company" in our industry. The opposite of inspiring, unless they want to hire their own shareholders.

It's OK, there are good options. But the quality of internal trainings is lacklustre.
