Top-down, rigid corporate hierarchy that leaves very little room for employee initiative or career development.
HR department is unsupportive and ineffective: HR acts as an extension of strict management decisions rather than an objective resource for employee support or conflict resolution.
Had potential, but overshadowed by internal management issues.
The work environment is frequently tense due to management styles.
Remote work is often completely forbidden during the probation period. Even after probation, rules differ arbitrarily between teams, and every request requires approval—it feels like management would prefer to get rid of hybrid work altogether.
Progression is severely limited. There are very few clear opportunities for career growth or professional advancement.
N/a
Management is heavily driven by rigid, top-down hierarchies with very little trust or flexibility. Leadership styles are unsupportive and often disorganized, leading to low team morale.
The physical office environment itself is decent, quiet, and modern. However, the overall working conditions are severely impacted by the rigid corporate mindset, tight controls, and lack of flexibility.
Equipment and infrastructure are adequate, but the strict attendance rules and refusal to offer modern, consistent hybrid working arrangements make the overall working environment feel outdated and overly restrictive.
Communication is strictly top-down. HR is non-responsive to employee concerns and fails to provide adequate support when internal issues or conflicts arise.
Treatment and opportunities feel inconsistent across the organization. Double standards are noticeable, as rules, flexibility, and recognition depend heavily on which team or department you belong to rather than clear, objective standards.
Tasks frequently deviate from the agreed job description. You are regularly assigned duties outside your scope without clear alignment, proper guidance, or a path for professional development. There is very little room for initiative making the daily work feel repetitive and unfulfilling
Had to say.
Too many unprofessional behaviour from team leaders.
Management should fix the behaviour of leaders and managers.
It’s really very poor the crude behaviour in display and everyone pretends that it is normal.
Disrespectful, open targeted insults and extreme bullying is normal.
Nobody should be subjected to inhumane treatment. Human dignity means nothing to them while they pay you less than other companies for the same role.
The image to me is poor.
The company doesn’t believe in it.
People rarely get promoted, however, since I resumed not too long ago, there has been significant resignations.
It does say a lot about the company and its culture.
Lower than industry benchmark.
Very poor
Team spirit is non existent. Team leaders single out and isolate a team member who dares to speak up and ask questions. Because everyone is afraid, they tend to be part of the harassment and bullying without even knowing.
This is illegal in so many ways.
They expect adulation.
The team I am currently in, the team lead is always moody, selective and target people in their team based on their mood.
They insult team members publicly, make accusations that are targeted to a person without basis or proof. When you ask for proof, they deflect and double down on their bullying and harassment.
I wouldn’t recommend this company and culture not even to my enemy.
It kills you slowly.
The sole aim of this unprofessional behaviour is to push you out.
Again very illegal.
The office is nice and quiet.
Communication is poor.
Superiors prefer to dictate and expect results without clarity in their instructions.
No room to think about anything and must do as the supervisor wants. However, when the outcome is wrong, they gaslight you and put the blame on you.
Simply unprofessional.
Exists a little. However, if you not European, German or Korean, be rest assured that you will be publicly humiliated for just being who you are.
Too much prejudice in display.
Tasks are mundane and won’t help you at all in career development. Atleast, that’s how it is for me, as I am under their attack, they stopped giving me tasks and when I complained, they gave me tasks that are irrelevant and after doing the tasks, they withhold feedback and attribute the work I did to another team member.

The benefits are good (although they can't outweigh the issues). I formed some great connections and met some lovely people.
The behaviour of some of the superiors was simply unacceptable and plays a big part in the worsening reputation and employee satisfaction.
Well, you might want to look into the issues that were mentioned above. Also the frequent coming and going of employees is concerning and the reason for it is pretty much obvious but noone steps in to tackle it.
Employee happiness is not a core part in the companies objective, it's often eerily quiet, there are fights between department leaders, employees refusing to talk to each other, overall unprofessional behaviour and throwing someone under the bus did and will happen. Employees were sometimes poorly trained/onboarded and their struggle to try and get everything right without guidance was visible in the stress a lot of them felt.
The image does match the reality. And it's not really a good image.
Got contacted outside of working hours, home office option is available, unless your boss says it's not because they don't want to take responsibility/be the representative in the office for the team. Coworkers mentioned a boss who denied holiday/ special vacation requests based solely on their mood. A lot of employees barely take their 30 minute lunch break and go back to work or just work during the break to keep up with the workload.
Being promoted is possible but might take a long time, some employees mentioned they knew the wouldn't come far in the company because a degree meant more to them than years of experience in the field. There are options to develop but some said its pretty much based on whether your boss favors you. Additional training is therefore available though.
The pay was lower than the average but overall okay
A lot is done digitally
Within the teams the teamwork could be pretty good depending on the team. Between teams the communication was poor and a lot of people seemed to avoid having to talk to other teams overall. It seemed like people dreaded cross department events and people expressed they were being treated unfairly by other departments.
Respecting superiors is very important
Everyone's doing overtime, even new joiners, because noone wants to take responsiblity or cares enough to properly train/supervise newcomers or hire enough people. One superior does overtime all the time, while another is on the phone or online shopping half of the time. A team leader from one department answers questions of a Newcomer from a completely different team because the other team leader is more busy to make a third team leader look bad. Coworkers mentioned rude behavior including yelling and belittling from a superior towards Juniors. Some team leaders were great, some shouldn't have become team leaders to begin with.
It's a great building, new equipment
Onboarding was none existent, had to figure everything out from scratch basically unsupervised, and the bosses and people in charge were rather unphased when questions came up and just redirected you to the next person who wouldn't answer. One leader even refused to answer E-Mails, and take any responsibility. No feedback, no constructive criticism, the way the end of contract was handled was inhumane. Overall no transparency, no good reasoning, no space for conversation, just unprofessional behaviour.
There was a variety of tasks, but the only thing 'interesting' was how you had to figure everything out on your own. You also might find yourself doing tasks that weren't part of your position, and not discussed beforehand, being assigned to you while noone checked if you were even comfortable with doing them. You do get responsiblity early on, too early, and then have to deal with the pressure and backlash from different sides if there was a mistake or a delay.
Hier konnte man nie was richtig tun.
Kein Problem
Gleiche Erfahrung = Gleiches Gehalt
zurück nach korea
So verdient kununu Geld.
