I have experienced managers are easy to talk to and make time when you need help. Feedback is consistently communicated. You can usually bring up problems directly and feedback is taken seriously. If something is affecting the team it is dealt with quickly so a solution can be found for everyone. Leadership talks openly with the team and explains decisions which makes you feel like they really think things through. This is honestly the most important point for me because I have often had bad experiences
