If the company culture is harsh and fast-paced, with a lot of layoffs and turnover, then you should own up to it and give employees honest feedback and information about their termination! Don’t pretend to be “nice” but never actually say what the problem is.
It's very pleasant working with the colleagues. The management style varies—some are extremely proud of being in a leading position, some micromanage excessively, and some try to mingle with the staff.
The demands are high, personal life isn't considered a priority, and due to managers' last-minute decisions or deadlines resulting from poor management planning, personal plans sometimes have to be canceled

1. Onboarding issue handled poorly
During the onboarding process, there was a small technical issue related to password resets. The system wouldn’t allow me to complete it due to missing permissions.
I communicated this immediately — I opened a ticket, informed my shift lead at that time, and even suggested solutions and which permissions were needed to resolve the issue. Despite all this, nothing was escalated or fixed from their side.
2. Terminated without discussion or clarification
One week later, I was unexpectedly let go by the Operations Team Lead. There was no review, no conversation about the onboarding issue, no feedback session, and no warning at any point. I was told by HR that the decision had been made, without being given a chance to explain what happened or how it could be improved as a team.
3. Overall work environment
The situation left me with a very negative impression. I felt unsupported and excluded rather than guided, especially as a new employee in an IT position. The lack of communication and willingness to solve problems as a team was disappointing.
During my time there, I personally witnessed multiple employees being let go very quickly, with little transparency or explanation. It created an atmosphere of uncertainty and insecurity. Decisions seemed sudden, and I did not observe any structure of review, second chances, or supportive leadership when someone struggled.
I saw multiple employees leave or be dismissed quickly. This contributed to a tense atmosphere where people felt replaceable rather than supported.
This review reflects my personal experience: I entered with motivation, completed every assigned task, communicated problems clearly, and still ended up being dismissed without a single discussion or attempt to resolve the issue. For me, the environment felt disorganized, unsupportive, and ultimately toxic.

Innerhalb der eigenen Abteilung top, übergreifend gehen Infos verloren - normal in jungen Unternehmen
I mean … habt ihr geguckt, was für heißen Scheiß die Jungs und Mädels machen?!
Nichts zu meckern.
Milchalternativen, Süßigkeiten, Events, Hund darf mitgenommen werden, waren einige anwesend.
Miteinander kommunizieren, wenn was nicht passt und nicht schönreden. Ehrlichkeit wärt am längsten, sagt man so schön.
Offen mit Mitarbeiter kommunizieren und keine Versprechen machen, die nicht eingehalten werden. Mehr Struktur in den Alltag und feste Arbeitsplätze. Man will von einem ordentliches Arbeiten, dann soll man es auch selbst vorleben.
Wenn du spurtest, dann passt auch die Atmosphäre :D
Arbeite die Woche 45h oder mehr, bekommt man ab und an mal Homeoffice. Man muss ständig erreichbar sein. Der Schein trügt.

Mülltrennung wird streng überwacht, finde ich gut!
Mein Vorgesetzter war nicht bereit, ein Chef zu sein. Und meine anderen Chefs wirkten nach meiner Meinung einfach überfordert und unstrukturiert.
Keinen festen Arbeitsplatz, Hotdesk wird groß geschrieben.
Kommunikation? Du merkst genau, wenn Du nicht erwünscht bist, denn dann bleibt die Kommunikation aus.
