It's unfortunate that this feedback was shared in such a manner, as constructive feedback always helps us grow. We want to emphasize that our goal is to maintain a respectful and open dialogue with our employees. When facing challenges or dissatisfaction, we are always ready to find solutions together – and we would have appreciated the opportunity to address this with you directly.

Regarding the suggested changes in leadership, we would like to point out that we prefer respectful communication and factual feedback. Our leaders are always open to suggestions to improve the work environment.

Our international team, which consists of over 12 nationalities, represents a respectful and inclusive work atmosphere. Discrimination or bullying has no place here – and we have clear processes to address such matters. We also foster continuous development with language courses and the promotion of diversity.

As a young startup, we offer the opportunity to take on responsibility quickly and grow in projects – particularly for young talent who can get involved from day one. We are proud of the personal and professional development our employees experience with us.

Work-life balance is also important to us, and many of our employees actively use flexible working hours as well as the opportunity to combine work with a break through workation.

We are always open to a respectful exchange and welcome constructive suggestions that can help us continue improving.
