The work atmosphere inside the company is very good, everybody gets along together and make the workploace an enjoyable place to be.

When I started at the company everybody was very welcoming, since that day I have only continued to realise how close and friendly people are inside the company.

As I have already experienced, inside some companies the superiors can be disrespectful and rude towards the employees, this is definetly not the case at Grob aircraft, evrybody is treated with respect and are always listened to.
