When dealing with conflicts, the direct attorney and Partner have been very understanding, and have allowed conflict resolution to be dealt with between two, responsibly adults. When breakdowns in conflict resolution happen, they have been nothing but supportive with advise or willingness to intervene.

I find the desire to learn something new is very much supported by the Partner, and organizing my own workload allows me to feel and be more productive.

I was hired in as a older employee and I did not feel discouraged or impeded in the workload or responsibility my other younger colleagues were doing. In fact, I found that based on my previous experiences, it has proven my ability to handle difficult or stressful projects.
