really UNFAIR, it is obvious, that always the same associates having more than 14 calls, because they have good team~client.

also only one lucky girl to manage the best client.

Favoritism as its finest.

Management never care of the associates who have bad clients, although they handle a heavier workload and need to put more efforts in recruiting. Many clients just drop the projects, then the recruiters get nothing.

There was a huge gap between new associates and the ones who joined before 2019. That is finally SOLVED after some movements - but still too late already and no compensation after almost a year waiting for a raise!

the salary is okay IF you achieve. For those who have bad clients, do not even bother this.
No bonus or additional support for home office.
The company is really cheap, just give laptop after corona.

Vergütung sehr Performance-Abhängig. In Urlaubsmonaten oder mit Krankheitstagen ist ein voller Bonus also kaum zu erreichen.
Die Erreichbarkeit hängt vor allem aber davon ab, welchem Team man zugeteilt wird und welche Projekte man bekommt.
