More opportunity and value of remote working, allowing employees to work from anywhere without having to evaluate and approve each time they want to work from a different location than the office. Promote remote first, as long as objectives are achieved, working hours are completed and working internet is adequate.

We’d like to thank you very much for your feedback and are happy to read that you would recommend Hahn Air as an employer. We believe that a diverse team in which everyone feels appreciated and heard plays a crucial role in our company’s success. We also highly appreciate your excellent ratings of our working conditions and compensation package as well as equality at the workplace!

However, you mention that sometimes procedures and expectations are not communicated clearly to you. We recommend that you discuss this topic with your team leader and point out your specific needs. We hope this will help both of you to be more satisfied with the results.

Regarding your comments on our remote work policy: We’re sorry to hear that it’s not entirely what you would wish for. We generally encourage remote work of up to 80% of our employees’ working time if their tasks and team collaboration allow it. Many of our colleagues make use of this option a lot but, of course, there are always a few legit exceptions.
We have also recently introduced a new Work From Anywhere Policy that allows all our employees to work from any other country worldwide for up to 20 days per year. This entails various potential risks regarding country-specific legal regulations that the employer needs to minimize. This is why we do have a special approval process in these cases. If you would like to learn more about this option, please feel free to consult your team leader and check out the information provided in the intranet.
