Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
after all still a very traditional industry and a lot hierarchy structure
Arbeitsatmosphäre
generally good
Image
not that well known except for students in the relevant field
Work-Life-Balance
you can decide your pace
Karriere/Weiterbildung
should be good
Gehalt/Benefits
minimum wage (normal?)
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
no opinion
Kollegenzusammenhalt
mostly good
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
older colleagues are respected
Vorgesetztenverhalten
very nice boss
Arbeitsbedingungen
can home office and the policy not strict
Kommunikation
generally open
Gleichberechtigung
didnt see any discrimination so far
Interessante Aufgaben
main project scope usually defined by the boss
