I felt: The general atmosphere felt quite tense and stressful. Due to the management style, there was a visible lack of trust and psychological comfort in the workplace, making it difficult to maintain focus and peace during daily operations

I felt: Information was not shared in a transparent manner. You should be prepared for sudden, surprise decisions that will affect your life.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
I felt: While the technical teamwork was sufficient to get daily tasks done, the social dynamic was deeply affected by the management’s subjective approach. The environment unfortunately encouraged division rather than real collaboration.
Work-Life-Balance
Maintaining a healthy boundary between work and personal life was highly challenging from my perspective. There may be a chance you could find yourself taking on the workload of several people.

From my personal experience, leadership behavior lacked professional objectivity and subjective preferences and biased treatment severely impacted how team members were evaluated and treated.
Interessante Aufgaben
The type of tasks themselves were standard for the industry. I felt that while systems could be simple, they were overcomplicated and handled manually.

Even though there is an international atmosphere, in my opinion, professional merit was frequently secondary to personal connections and subjectivity. From my perspective, you can easily be made to feel under pressure due to language barrier or if you do not speak German fluently

Although the salary was not high, it was sufficient to get by
