Their products are pointless. Marketing is extremely poor, manipulative, scammy, and outdated. They only care about selling, nothing else matters more than the money.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Schizophrenic work environment. Constant stress. Top management throws out new ideas daily based on their mood, so the scope changes every day. Roadmaps are just pretty PowerPoint slides made to impress the founders.

Work-Life-Balance
Non-existent. Some employees struggle to take days off, and even when they do, it’s hard to disconnect. Teams are kept at a bare minimum, so one person ends up doing the work of two. When someone resigns or gets fired, they often don’t bother replacing them.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Promotions are only for top management. Middle managers and employees stay stuck where they are, with limited access to top management, who then take credit for all the hard work their teams do.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Unprofessional, unqualified, incompetent, arrogant, abusive, and untrustworthy top management who only care about their own personal gain. No recognition for hard work, but every small mistake is met with blame and criticism. Employee rights are ignored. They hire and fire people recklessly. Access to top management is limited and controlled.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The whole company is run by a handful of people who expect everyone else to just execute. Their decisions are poor—no vision, no strategy, and completely unrealistic goals.
Kommunikation
They handle budgets secretly and suspiciously. No communication, no transparency, causing rumors, insecurity and fear among colleagues.
Gehalt/Benefits
They don’t increase salaries or pay bonuses. They call benefits a weekly fruit basket, soda, and waffle days. Employees aren’t a priority and are treated so poorly that the entire HR department quit.
Interessante Aufgaben
Excessive demands, unreasonable deadlines, inefficient work, fake promises, and a highly stressful environment. Employees are constantly firefighting instead of producing anything of real value.
