Access to data. However, there was a tendency to overanalyze every piece of data, which can lead to time waste / false conclusions
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
1) allowing on highest levels bullying and mobbing by VP level employees
2) low effectiveness and collaboration on senior leadership level. The meetings are used to self promote (in a bad way), every little detail is being discussed without proper prioritisation
3) very very poor culture, in my 15 years of work experience never seen a place this bad in terms of culture
4) usage of writing everything down in a word document. One then ends up with novels that no one reads. Switch to short PowerPoints / Slides as brevity is king

The global marketing leadership team is incapable and lacks basic human integrity, which is necessary for some kind of culture. And culture means sustainable business results. Remove certain vile characters and replace through actual human leaders.
