Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Anyone starting at HERO should be aware that senior leadership holds strongly left-liberal political views. That wouldn’t be an issue if they kept those views private, since politics and a healthy work climate naturally don’t mix well. Instead, they frequently share their opinions with colleagues whenever possible. At the last company gathering, an employee asked one of the two owners how staff should handle realizing they’re around someone with conservative, right-leaning views. The owner replied: “Ideally, this shouldn’t happen, because we try to communicate clearly during hiring that we’re a left-liberal company, and I hope such candidates self-select out. We don’t want to accommodate N*zis.” The level of arrogance is mind-boggling.
