Very nerve wrecking , everyone is stressed and afraid of being fired especially during probation

Leadership don't share much , they give speeches about how good we will be and then do layoffs regularly

Colleagues are alright , some will help , some are open but the general atmosphere is poisoned

extra hours are expected, work on the weekends is common and I can quote "this is how early stage start ups are "
