Throughout long process, responses to candidate inquiries were often vague, leaving uncertain about next steps, timelines, and role expectations. Providing more detailed and specific information would help better prepare and align with the company’s needs.
At several points, interactions felt abrupt and lacked courtesy that reflects positively on organization’s brand. A more courteous and respectful demeanor could mean more welcoming atmosphere and strengthen university reputation to me.
Some scheduling inconsistencies and omissions (e.g., missing interview confirmations, unclear feedback criteria) suggested gaps in coordination of hiring steps. A streamlined, well‑documented process would reduce confusion and improve overall efficiency.
