We understand your point about time and project management. Since last year we have our performance appraisal process in which every employee receives feedback from their direct superior twice a year – this aims to increase the appreciation towards employees. Also, we recently started our upward feedback process at home24, so that you receive the chance to point out aspects you’d rather change at work in a different setting than regular Jour Fixes :)
