Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

No motivation given to continue working for this company.
Working conditions have deteriorated compared to a few years ago.
Employees are asked to do more and more without being paid more.
Productivity is much more important than quality of work.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Salary increases to make them more competitive with the market;
Establish a climate of trust and respect between employees and management;
Improve internal communication (it's an emergency at this point!);
When employees complain for years about deviant behavior from a superior (sexist, racist remarks, etc.) taking them seriously and reacting would be appropriate. Words are good, but actions are better.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

The office is nice. However, the office layout is poorly designed and hinders real teamwork. Some teams are better guided than others depending on the team leaders. But overall, there is no team spirit and little solidarity among employees.

Kommunikation

This is one of the major weaknesses of this company. They do not understand the importance of clear, transparent and efficient communication. Home24's philosophy is: Why do you need to know what is going on in the company when it doesn't stop you from doing your job? It's hopeless. Employees from different departments complain about the lack of communication but to no avail. They are either totally incompetent or they are pretending not to understand. It's a waste of time.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

One of their message is : We are one team. Well, unfortunately not! For that, there would first need to be respect for each other: knowing how to say hello for example. Apparently it's impossible for a lot of employees. How is it possible that a department manager does not greet his teams every morning? No one cares about each other. The international team is kept out of the German teams. How can we create cohesion?

Work-Life-Balance

A good point. It's a shame that office days are fixed and not chosen. But otherwise it's one of the good points of the company.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

A good manager is known by their ability to handle moments of crisis. When teams express their concerns, dissatisfaction, and misunderstandings about the decisions taken... etc. and the only repeated response is: "If you are not happy, we are not tying you to your office chairs. There is a door, you can leave." We can see a real incompetence in managing and reassuring teams. No questioning of management strategies. It's you who are the problem, not them. You only have to look at the number of resignations in recent months. But apparently this doesn't alert anyone. What are HR doing anyway? What is the point of mood checks whose results are always more catastrophic?

Interessante Aufgaben

It seems to depend on the department. But there are no opportunities for advancement within the company.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Salaries below market rate. Everyone complains, but again, if you're not happy, you can leave! That's what's happening.
