still working on longer term or repeatable profitability, some months are good and some not so much?

Arbeitsatmosphäre

OK. company went through restructuring in 2022/2023 and it hurt a lot (many layoffs) and it was very frustrating. but remaining individuals and teams are working well together and the mood is much better in the past 3 months.

Kommunikation

honest and direct feedback in team. management provides frequent updates in company performance and challenges, priorities, initiatives. I can raise my concerns and get fair consideration, even if I don't always get my wish.

very supportive of each other

Work-Life-Balance

hybrid + fully remote work model, on a team basis. in tech we come as a team to the office 1-2 times a month, for specific events, or based on individual preferences. other teams (business ops) come in more often based on their needs.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

mostly active listeners, also willing to make tough or unpopular decisions. managing business very closely to make sure we get and stay profitable. occasional micromanaging.

Interessante Aufgaben

yes but quite tactical due to the company situation and reduced team size.

Arbeitsbedingungen

good given the company break-even goal, but this is not Google, we are on a budget e.g. no massage therapy etc. The work equipment is very good and hassle-free. super central office location in Kreuzberg. Open space offices, most days quite relaxed if you are in the office. office dogs permitted if well-behaved. hybrid & remote work without hassle. free coffee and soft-drinks, bi-weekly office event with pizza and drinks.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

as far as I am aware, but we have a light company footprint due to the nature of the business.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

good salary, but limited other perks.

more selective than it used to be, due to budget constraints. but there are good online courses and justified trainings on selective basis.
