Fantastic team, cool environment, awesome onboarding process

There are many thing that could be mentioned: Young and open-minded colleagues, international environment (for real!), cool company events, flat hierarchies AND managers interested in your feedback. The onboarding process deserves a special mention. It was really well organised and the whole company made me feel really welcomed:
- I had several appointments with different departments in order to understand what every department do to contribute to the company's strategy
- I had (and have) a buddy to whom I could always ask any question
- I had scheduled lunch dates to get to know my workmates.
- I had an scheduled feedback round with HR so they could understand what went well and what could be improved.
Besides that, the job itself is great: interesting tasks combined with team work and self-initiative.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
One thing that could be improved (and I am sure it will) is the working space. Many more people are being employed (yeeiii) and the office starts feeling a little too full. More conference rooms would also be beneficial.
