Hometogo has a permanent 360 feedback cycle where not only supervisors, but any colleague can praise you for your efforts or suggest feedback to help you develop your potential.
Design team is team work. We communicate our ambitions and expectations for the platform and carry that throughout our daily work.
There is an overall air of trust and teamwork in hometogo, as colleagues can book meetings with anyone to discuss a topic at hand or just walk by and grab a coffee.
Quite often people in the office bring their own ideas and ambitions and find a way to develop them within the company and product.

The company could push for stronger values regarding the environment and social awareness, but we'll take it there!
In hometogo, work is of course important, but so is life outside of the office. If you aren't happy in other aspects of your life, how can you bring another energy to the office?
Hometogo does have a bit of a gap between what it shows outside and how employees view it. There is still some branding efforts that need to be addressed
