Office feels homely, lots of social events, everyone is treated like an adult and given great independence and responsibilities since day one

As said, some departments are a bit isolated but the atmosphere is very relaxed and they are all super available for a quick chat, helping you solving problems or just share a meal together

As already mentioned, the atmosphere at Hometogo is something I have never experienced before. Smart and friendly people are creating a nice working vibe there.
It is seriously hard to say what I don't like about the company. I am satisfied!
The place might be too small when the company is growing bigger and bigger, but at the moment it is still a really nice location.

Das Image ist als aufstrebendes erfolgreiches junges Startup sehr gut.
Der Zusammenhalt ist super, es gibt viele gemeinsame Events und es herrscht eine sehr freundschafliche Atmosphäre.
Man hatte immer einen direkten Ansprechpartner verfügbar, der für alle Fragen offen war und in den allermeisten Fällen auch direkt und sofort unterstützt hat.
Das Büro ist modern ausgestattet und angenehm zum Arbeiten.
Die Kommunikation firmenintern war jederzeit ohne Probleme möglich.
Das Team besteht aus Männern und Frauen verschiedenster Nationen, was zu keinerlei Probemen führt, im Gegenteil, der Austausch wird sehr hoch geschätzt.
Ich konnte komplett selbstständig in meinem Bereich arbeiten was sehr interessant und abwechslungsreich war.
So verdient kununu Geld.
