Friendly and positive atmosphere!!
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Being honest, supportive, friendly, comprehensive
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
A bit more flexibility like : working from home sometimes?
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Don't change the way they're managing - it's really open, really fair. We feel like we have support
Karriere/Weiterbildung
We're aware of the objectives to get to a higher position or to our targets. There is a flexibility between departments as well
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
I'm the youngest from the whole office I think but I can't tell the difference
Vorgesetztenverhalten
They're right, they're fair. What I learnt from them is that a good manager has to be a good example. They know how to instaure respect but fairly, and that's the best. We're not under pressure or anything.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Friendly atmosphere, we have all the material we need, there is always food. Events, team building...
Kommunikation
Managers are very opened to feedback, we can be free to talk about our work but also personal problems
Gleichberechtigung
There's no disparity
