Cannot recommend! The negative far outweighs the positive (Munich Office)

Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Actually nothing. The positive points were just the nice colleagues i was lucky enough to work with.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

There is no trust and there is no respect. Read the other reviews: unfortunately most of them are true. There is no respect for other cultures.
The current development is also sad: the same jobs as before but now advertised as 'junior positions' in order to pay even less salary. Inexperienced young job seekers in particular are taken advantage of here because they don't know what they are getting themselves into.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Accept that if you have international teams, you cannot run this company purely the chinese way.

Listen to people if they have complaints or suggestions. So far every complaint and every suggestion for improvement has been ignored. And the consequences have already occurred: competent colleagues are leaving the company because there is no appreciation, transparency and respect.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

This really depends on your luck. But there is definitely a difference if you are a chinese employee or western/local employee. The company itself does not contribute to a pleasant working atmosphere at all.

Kommunikation

A lot of nonsense meetings without context. The really important information is not communicated to everyone in the same way.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Within some teams are some great people, who are willing to help, teach and just have a coffee with. But also here sometimes one has to be lucky with the team.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

I would give minus one star if I could. Hierarchy in that company is something else. I had terrible experience with some supervisors. They acted very childish and not professional at all. There was even a case that I could have taken to court and would get the company in a lot of trouble. But for my own mental health i left that place.
But to be fair, i did have one great supervisor, who was a lovely person.

Gleichberechtigung

Probably the biggest problem this company has. There are huge differences based on the employment relationships (permanent, intern, leased labor, phds), based on your nationality (especially different if you are a chinese employee (even though you are not treated better necessarily)) and based on your gender. What saddens me the most are cases of demeaning behavior towards some women and the transgressive expectations of how these women should behave.

Arbeitsbedingungen

The offices were nice and quiet. The essentials (+AC) were there.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Okay for career starters who are happy to have a job. (And I am speaking as someone who was probably in the lowest salary category)
But don't be fooled - this is not worth it!

Image

Most of the employees have a bad image of the company. Sure, in front of your boss or at official meetings the company is a great place. But during the coffee breaks the discontent shines through.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

404 Not Found - Especially for leased labor employees. You are here for a limited amount of time: no chances of development at all.
