Overtime, bad management and leadership, managers have no boundaries and message after work and during weekends, home office not allowed

Respect the working culture and law in Germany. Set up better communication and regulations to prevent overtime. Provide mid-management with better training on communication and leadership. Be flexible and allow home office.
You cannot manage an “international” company with Chinese mindset.

Most of the communication is done in Chinese, especially with HQ in which people tends not to speak English with the foreign counterparts.
Work-Life-Balance
Unfortunately minus star is not possible. Working overtime everyday, on weekends and sometimes even on public holidays. The chinese working culture does not respect employee privacy time.

Worst management behavior. Especially management from China does not care about working hours and boundaries. Endless long-hour meetings until late evening, bombarded with messages during weekends.
