I think the new direction is great, but there should be more resources allocated to better software and hardware for the employees. Is a great place to start and offers great learning opportunities but then it gave the impression that there is a tap. A kind of glass ceiling and it is time to move on. They shall be more open-minded.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
there are good things happening but some people taking decisions on the mid-way are stuck in a different mindset. this leads to some self-contradictions inside the company.
also, the IT parts are very slow. PCs are old, access to software is limited. many people have positions that they are not suitable for. the company has a rigid mindset, despite the innovative initiatives coming from the CEOs.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
better communication with the interns regarding how to get the needed documents and paperwork done. also, it would be nice to have the extra hours paid or access to things like the Wundertute or a smaller version of it. also, the company needs to get its IT system in order. better computers with faster processors and access to more of the Adobe Creative Suite would also be much appreciated. allowing interns to participate in some sort of training workshops would make a great impact
