Working in a strongly growing company, there are a lot of new colleagues with different cultural background that are motivated to achieve the shared vision of making autonomous driving reality. It makes fun to have a higher level of intrinsical motivation than in other companies.

In the network-based organization structur you can get in touch with every team and function in the whole company. There are some things that are not well organized but everyone including the management is improving and working on it.

Most of the people are open to get in touch with you and also support you with your issues if they can

Working in a company that is in a startup phase (at least the focus business is, the whole company already exist for 20 years) you need to be more flexible to take care of you responsibilities

Might depend on the Business unit you are working, but the form of organization is promoting agile methods like servant leadership or splitting the responsibilities that usually lay within the responsibility of a boss within the team

Offices in Rahlstedt arent that fancy, but as you are able to work very flexible also from home (currently no restrictions, even 100% possible) you can create your working environment yourself

There is not much focus on the topic, but the product is doing its part on the transformation on the mobility

No working model for that in place right now, but people are working on providing something. But you can do something about it in the hiring process
