Its rare that you find a company in my experience where the atmosphere is that almost everyone is genuinely interested and happy to receive a new colleague and support as IFCO.
Everyone I met so far likes working there. I also had one of the best starts in a company thanks to my colleagues and manager.
The company policies are designed to promote work life balance including working from home, a great canteen supported by the company, an office location that is close to the S Bahn and gym.
There are many departments for anyone to grow in the company as they expand. They also have great platforms to enable personnel growth and expansion from formal trainings to attending councils/conferences.
