Verbesserungsvorschläge
We should do more towards climate protection. With the increased use of AI on a broad scale, our CO2 balance is probably a little lopsided. I know that I can easily set up an internal "Team Climate" to get this started, but unfortunately I don't have the time at the moment.

Everyone can design their home office the way they feel comfortable and can work best. From a notebook and equipment to a height-adjustable desk and ergonomic office chair to a desk lamp. Everything you need is actually provided. If in doubt, just ask and solutions will be created.
Gehalt/Benefits
The salary could be higher, but the projects have to recoup it, so that's fine.

The image in the industry is very good among customers. Thanks to our mascot, you are always recognized at trade fairs and receive a lot of positive feedback.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
The training budget could be a little larger (some conferences have become really expensive), but on the other hand the complaints are at a very high level. Not all companies have transparently communicated money and time budgets to employees.
