Sadly nothing. It's simply not a good place to work.

Incompetent management, tolerating unacceptable, unprofessional behavior by middle and upper management.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Unprofessional and competitive between departments. Due to poor planning skills from the top and middle management, employees are often put under a lot of stress. There is no appreciation towards the employees.
Kommunikation
Generally poor within the department and between departments.
Work-Life-Balance
Non-existing.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Unprofessional and partially quite arrogant. Mainly men-lead company with almost no women in leadership positions and it shows. Poor and aggressive behavior by some department leaders is not only tolerated, but also accepted.
Gleichberechtigung
It's all a facade.
Arbeitsbedingungen
It's an IT company with generally poor equipment, it could be much better. Office space as well.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Below average for the branche.

The public image does not correspond to the real company culture and inner image. The environment is quite toxic and chaotic, fluctuation rate is very high and employees are not being valued.
