All male team, in the concrete team not the first women that had problems. Concrete manager has a lot of prejudice about certain people, women, people from certain areas, how they talk, how they think. Makes assumptions and is really not constructive and makes people uncomfortable working. Of you don’t fit his norms from the start he will just waste your time until the first opportunity to let you go
