The onboarding was good and the people were welcoming. Although I expect more in person interactions and a bigger team, I feel it is nowhere in a bad state. All feedbacks are taken seriously until now. Salary wise pays an average market salary but opportunity to increase them based on performance such as performance bonuses or salary improvement plans should have been a very great add on. Although there were some uncertainties, overall a good company until now to work for where all decisions are thoroughly discussed and made to avoid issues in future rather than jumping ahead to quick dirty results instead they focus on steady growing results that makes a win-win for employer and the employee - which in a way is good. Benefitwise, can't complain much. On thing is the products still sometimes uses legacy technologies which might not be industry norms but they focus heavily on the stability and robustness that sometimes they are afraid to take a leap of faith as well.
