Different attitude toward European and Asian. There was an actual racism, but they do not even acknowledge it. When they fire you, there is no respect on it.

If you want your employee to go drink with "professional women" to make the customer happy, say it at the interview. It is illegal to force it to employee.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
It is not an European company. Expect a Japanese company with hierarchy and conservative work style. In general, they never allow you to decided something by yourself.

Very conservative and you must understand the Japanese style communication with Japanese colleagues.

Colleagues are very nice, except Japanese expats. They seem like not understanding European culture at all.
Work-Life-Balance
One of the worst part of the company. If you are in sales, do not expect the work life balance.

During the Probezeit, they fired me without an hour of notice. They come to you and tell you to go out of the office right away.
Interessante Aufgaben
Can meet various industries and have a chance to meet interesting products. But no deep understanding about it since it is a trading company.

Salary seems bit normal at a sight, but do not be fooled. It is "all inclusive" meaning you would not be paid for unlimited overtime and traveling outside of the working hours.

Not sure if there is any chance to develop the career.
